Proverbs Chapter 1:10,15

¹⁰ My son, if sinners entice you, do not consent.

¹⁵My son, do not walk in the way with them; restrain your foot from their path;

Wisdom Nugget 4

Enticement is to

1. Take you out of the system you have put in place in order to accomplish great things
2. Leave you in a position where access to the presence of God seems difficult
3. Render God’s beloved captive of sin, lies and the adversary

But thanks be to God

* We would not be distracted from the agenda of heaven for our lives

* We would not be found amongst the scornful

* We would not walk in their ways nor follow their path

Any offer that entails a short cut to wealth which is not found on diligence, consistency and hard work, God…RUN, any gathering that encourages hurting/ slandering others emotionally, physically, in their presence or absence..RUN

They would say

“Come let’s hurt, slander or lie against another, Come let’s make ourselves fat by defrauding others”. vs 11-14 (paraphrased). Always remember

We are the Lord’s

We walk in wisdom

We do the works of righteousness

#BE WISE
